Taylor Momsen is an American singer songwriter model and actress from St. Louis Missouri. The most famous of her roles is her role as Jenny Humphrey on the CW series Gossip Girl and as the lead singer of rock band The Pretty Reckless. The song of Momsen has been featured on television and film shows such as How to Be a Single and the show Going the Mile. Taylor Momsen's younger sister Sloane Momsen also works as an actress. Taylor Momsen studied at Center of Creative Arts, St. Louis. Three years ago She began her acting career professionally in a national Shake and Bake commercial. Momsen's career in the industry was put off for three years before she was cast in the lead part in Misconceptions. Momsen played a role in Saving Shiloh in 2006 at the time. Also, Momsen auditioned for the role of lead for Hannah Montana. She was one of the top three however, Miley got the role.
