Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16, after quitting her gymnastics team in childhood. In 2017, she was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. After quitting gymnastics She began competing in fitness events as a teenager. She earned her Pro Card only one year later and was 17. She became an incredibly young IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to stop her work for six years to complete the education she wanted to pursue. After finishing her college studies Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she was in prior competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued to compete for several seasons, setting new targets each year. As of the end of 2009 she won four more fitness awards. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the young IFBB Fitness Pro ever (at age 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from the sport to pursue her university degree. The first time she was IFBB Fitness' Pro was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The competition saw her finish in third place. The summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later and took home the 6th spot within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel declares she was more than proud about her achievement. When you consider she had to fight against some of the top competitors. Ariel continues to improve her body. Ariel enjoys working her back. Ariel usually performs bent-over row or single arm lat pull-downs (on an exercise machine) as well as pull-ups, seated rows and push-ups. The warm-up phase is typically done before the actual workout. Ariel prefers to make the most of her time. This is accomplished by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week one day being light weight day and another day that is heavy.
