April Bowlby

April Bowlby (born April Bowlby) is an American actress who is a model, actress and singer. She was portrayed as Kandi, Stacy Barrett and Rita Farr from the CBS Comedy Series Two and a Half Men. April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City. She is best known as Stacy Barrett, the American television character from Drop Dead Diva and Kandi on Two and a Half Men. The career path she chose began when she was modeling, and then she was able to make her way into films and TV series. In the role of an extra, she made her small-screen debut as a character in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. Then she landed the iconic part of Kandi in Two and a Half Men. Bowlby's performance as Stacy Barrett on the series Drop Dead Diva earned her not only fame but also recognition across the globe. Bowlby played the role of Rita Farr/Elastigirl in the American web-series Titans. In a spin-off show that will be called Doom Patrol, she will reprise her role. Bowlby also appeared on TV in films such as Sands of Oblivion, The Wrong Daughter as well as Sands of Oblivion 2. The big screen debut of Bowlby was made with All Roads Lead Home. Later, she was in films like The Slammin Salmon, and From Prada To Nada. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actress best known for her recurring role on The CBS show Two and a Half Men. Bowlby went to East Union High School in Manteca the state of California. The school was her first move to California in her early years. Following her studies in ballet and French in Moorpark College, Bowlby decided to pursue an acting career. While studying drama with Ivana Chubb, she was offered her first leading part (Kandi on Two and a Half Men) just a few months after the time of her Hollywood debut. Bowlby appeared in many TV shows including CSI in 2004. CSI: NY in 2005, Freddie in 2005 as Sydney and How I Met Your Mother in 2007 in the role of Meg. Recently, Bowlby took on the role of Natasha on All Roads Lead Home a film from 2007 about a twelve year old girl that loses her mother to an automobile crash. Bowlby will star as Mia, in The Slammin Salmon (2008). She lives in Los Angeles. She is a redhead with blue eyes. She's single and has no children.
