Annmarie Fairweather has been the Human Resources Chief at Learning Ally since 2008. She oversees all our practices in Human Resources, People Management, Talent Management, and the development of culture. Annmarie is an accomplished Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across various sectors, working with managers as well as their teams to increase business outcomes, particularly when there is growth or rapid transformation by focusing on developing, aligning, and leading a global people strategy. She was a thought leader in translating enterprise-wide strategies and plans into corporate strategies and employee engagement. She believes that education is the primary aspect of leadership. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with demonstrated success. These experiences helped develop organizational cultures which embodied innovative learning practices and the capacity to adapt. Annmarie is a dedicated volunteer to Learning Ally, but she is also active in a variety of other non profit organizations.
